This is an Application for condonation of delay of 125 days in filing the Appeal from Order. It appears that impugned order was passed on 07/05/2024, however certified copies were applied on 23/09/2024. It is stated that in February 2024 the Applicant had undergone bypass surgery and thereafter certain post-operation lung complications had developed. Copy of the medical reports are produced on record in support of the case. 3.
