Learned counsel for the parties submitted that though pursuant to earlier order, the Mediation Centre had appointed an advocate on 27.03.2025 for mediation, the parties are not agreeable for the said name/person. They jointly requested on instructions, that Dr. Milind Sathe, Senior Advocate (who is also on the pannel of Mediators) be appointed as a new mediator, who is stated to have consented. 2.

In view thereof, Dr. Milind Sathe learned Senior Advocate is appointed as a Mediator in the matter for resolution of dispute amoungst the parties.

Ad-interim relief granted earlier to continue during the period of mediation.
