Interim Application has been preferred for condonation of delay of 28 days caused in preferring the application. 2.

Learned counsel for the Respondents would seek time to file affidavit-in-reply, however, considering the duration of delay, this Court is not inclined to grant any adjournment for filing of reply. 3.

The explanation tendered in the application is that the Applicant is a senior citizen aged about 70 years and the captioned suit was filed Arya 1 of

98-IA-14999-2024.doc before the Nashik Civil Court which took certain time in collating the documents resulting in delay of 28 days. Considering the explanation, the same can be accepted.

In light of the above, delay of 28 days is condoned. Interim Application is allowed.
