The learned Counsel for the parties state that both these Interim Applications seek identical reliefs though in separate Petitions. Therefore, both these Interim Applications can be disposed of by a common order.

Heard Mr Atharva Dandekar, the learned Counsel for the applicants submits that the Regular Bench cannot take up these matters and an order has been passed to that effect. Accordingly, since this is the alternate Bench, these matters are placed before this Bench.

Mr Atharva Dandekar refers to the averments in the Interim Applications, including, the averment in paragraphs 3 and 4. Based upon the same, he seeks an order in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) of the Interim Applications. 4.

In our judgment, relief in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) of this Interim Applications are required to be granted. Accordingly, we grant the same.

Further, we are not transcribing the prayer clauses because even the prayer clauses referred to the name of the applicant.

The registry to also take steps to see that the applicants' name in the cause title of these Interim Applications and prayer clause (a) are suitable concede.

This Interim Applications are disposed of in the above terms. The registry to act on an authenticated copy of this order, take cognizance of this order and effect the necessary concealments/deletions at the earliest.
