These are the applications are filed by set of Pujaris/Gurav of Sneha Chavan 1/2

904 ia 15067-24 & 17042-23.doc the temple administered by Respondent Devasthan Trust, for grant of leave to file appeal against the impugned Judgment and Order. The Applicants claim to be persons interested under Section 2(10) of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act, 1950. After narrating the events and various legal proceedings in respect of the said Trust, it is asserted that it is necessary for the Applicants to file appeal and inform the Court about present state of affairs for better adjudication of the matter. 3.

It is not disputed that the Applicants are Pujaris/Gurav of the temple administered by the Respondent-Trust.

Considering the nature of controversy involved, the applications are allowed and leave is granted to the Applicants to file appeal challenging the impugned order dated 28.06.2023. (M.M. SATHAYE, J.) Sneha Chavan 2/2
