P. C. :
1.
Interim Application has been preferred seeking enhancement of the claim in terms of 'Schedule A'.
2.
Learned counsel for Applicant submits that due to financial incapability, the Applicant could not seek requisite enhancement and it is only after the compensation was permitted to be withdrawn that the Applicant had the requisite funds for claiming enhancement. 3.
Mr. Patil, learned AGP does not seriously oppose the Application. 4.
Considering the pleadings in the Application that due to financial Sairaj 1 of
98 Ia-15072-2024.doc constraints, the claim enhancement was restricted to Rs.14,000/- and requisite court fee was paid and thereafter, upon being given permission to withdraw the amount of compensation the Applicants were finally able to seek enhancement by paying the requisite court fee, the Application deserves to be allowed.
5.
For the reasons stated, Interim Application is allowed. Amendment to be carried out as per 'Schedule A' within a period of 8 weeks from today.
6.
Stand over to 26th March, 2025.
