This Interim Application has been preferred seeking direction to the Respondents to deposit sum of Rs.7,83,500/- in compliance of order dated 30th April, 2024.

Perusal of the said order of 30th April, 2024 would indicate that this Court had directed the Appellant to pay the amount of arrears towards monthly compensation at the rate of Rs.15,000/- from 24th June, 2020 within six months from the date of the order and to continue to pay the same regularly as a condition precedent towards continuation of stay granted by this Court by dated 8th February, 2023. 3.

The order is clear and specific and in the event compensation is Mane 1 of

53-IA 15118-24 IN FA.doc not paid and there is a non-compliance of the order of 30th April 2024, the condition precedent for continuation of the stay is not satisfied and consequence will follow .

In the light of the above, no further direction for deposit is required .
