This interim application is filed by the two students, who are respondent nos.8 and 11 in the writ petition, seeking declaration of their results of the Supplementary Examination held between 14th October 2024 to 25th October 2024.

Mr. Akshay Pansare, learned counsel for the respondent no.6Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik submits to the orders of the Court.

In view thereof, subject to the outcome of the writ petition, the respondent no.6 are directed to declare the results of the applicantsoriginal petitioner nos.8 and 11 with regard to their Supplementary Examination held between 14th October 2024 to 25th October 2024. The same would be subject to the decision of the writ petition. The applicants shall not claim any equity on that basis.

Interim Application is accordingly disposed of. Parties to act on authenticated copy of this order.
