By an order dated February 11, 2025, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal stood extended. The matter has been mentioned and listed today, since the Learned Arbitrator has sought a clarification that he is entitled to fix his own fees because in the past, he has indicated, the fees being governed by the Rules of this Court had been mentioned in an earlier order by a Learned Single Judge of this Court. It is clarified that the parties being sovereign masters of the arbitration proceedings and the parties having indicated that the arbitrator may fix his own fees, no such clarification is required. The arbitrator shall be at liberty to fix his own fees. 2.
Interim Application stands finally disposed of. 3.
All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
