In this application filed for restoration of the appeal that was dismissed as a consequence of conditional order dated 24th January 2019, there is a delay of 2093 days and hence, there is also a prayer for condonation of delay in moving the application.

The learned counsel for the contesting respondents submit that even a copy of the application has not been served and that upon a copy being served the respondents would like to file reply. 3.
