1) In furtherance of Order dated 29th November, 2024 and the statement made by learned counsel for Respondent No.2-Corporation on 6th December, 2024, today, the learned counsel for Respondent No.2, on instructions from Shri Eknath Gadekar, Executive Engineer, Water Supply Department and Shri Nitin Jadhav, Junior Engineer, Water Supply Department submitted that, the water supply to the underground tank to the Petitioner-Society is at par with other buildings in the locality. He produced 1/2

dtg 9- Ia-15141-2024.doc on record the statement indicating that the pressure of water to the Society on 7th December, 2024, 8th December, 2024 and 9th December, 2024 had increased.

1.2) The said document is taken on record.

2) In view thereof, the grievance of the Applicant regarding inadequate supply of potable/ drinking water to it is resolved. 3) We appreciate the efforts put in by the concerned Officers of the Respondent No.2 in adopting prompt steps in resolving the issue of inadequate water supply and providing regular potable/drinking water supply to the Petitioner-Society at par with other buildings. 4) Applicant is granted permission to file separate Application for its impleadment in the main Petition, as may be permissible under the law. 5) Interim Application is accordingly disposed off.
