None for the Applicant/Petitioner. In fact considering the previous orders, we would have dismissed the application for non prosecution. However, we find that the Applicant/Petitoner is a senior citizen. Earlier an order was passed on the writ petition, dismissing the writ petition for want of prosecution. However, the same was restored subject to payment of costs of Rs.2000/- to the Kirtikar Law Library. Applicant/petitioner by this interim application is seeking extention of time to deposit the said costs. We grant extension of two weeks to deposit the said costs subject to which the petition be listed before this court on 31st July 2025.
