Mrs. Prema Yogendra Bhoir, the applicant-original respondent appearing in-person states that she has difficulty in reading and understanding pleadings in English language. She says that she intends to argue this Family Court Appeal herself, however, she also states that she would take help of Ms. Aarti Dharmsey, the learned counsel who is present in the Court. 2.

Therefore, Ms. Aarti Dharmsey, the learned counsel is appointed as legal aid counsel for the applicant-original respondent. The expenses and other remunerations to Ms. Aarti Dharmsey, the learned counsel shall be paid by the High Court Legal Services Committee as per the Notification of Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority.
