Just to indicate, the proceedings in this Family Court Appeal have stretched over about six years and it was on the request of the learned counsel for the appellant that hearing of this appeal was deferred. The learned counsel for the applicant-original respondent has taken us through the judgment delivered on 15th May 2019 in Petition No.A-213/2013 by the learned Family Court judge, Thane.
