The Appellant - Yogendra Lahu Bhoir is present in the Court. 2.

We had heard the respondent Prema Bhoir and the appellant's Advocate in the morning session. We have also perused her affidavit. Affidavit dated 31 January 2025 is placed on record. 3.

We have asked the appellant - Mr. Yogendra Bhoir as to whether he has remarried to which he has stated that the statement made in the affidavit of his remarriage is not correct. We would accordingly direct the appellant to file an affidavit that he is not married. He also disputes the outstanding maintenance amount as pointed out to us by respondent Prema Bhoir, this issue be also addressed in the affidavit to be filed. 4.

Let affidavit of the appellant on all these issues be placed on Pallavi Wargaonkar, PS

2-IA-15192-2024. AS.doc record within 4 days from today. Copy of the same be furnished to the respondent Prema Bhoir well in advance. We shall hear the parties on the adjourned date of hearing.
