We are informed by learned Counsel for the respondent-husband, on the instructions of the respondent who is present in the Court, that an amount of Rs.1,04,000/- has already been deposited by him before the Trial Court, the details of which are being furnished to the applicant. The applicant can withdraw the said amount. For any further relief which the applicant intends to seek, let a proper application with the legible copies of the documents be placed on record so that we can hear the parties and pass appropriate orders. 2.

Ad-interim order passed earlier, shall continue to operate till the adjourned date of hearing.
