This is an Application for restoration of the above Appeal from Order, which is dismissed due to conditional order dated 26/08/2024 passed by the Registrar, Judicial-II. Under said order, removal of office objection was directed within a period of two weeks. The order was conditional. No notice was issued in Appeal from Order, before the said conditional order was passed.

In that view of the matter and considering the averments in the Application, sufficient cause is made out.
