This is an application for condonation of delay and restoration.

The registration was refused for want of removal of objection. Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that objections remained to be removed on account of indvertence on the part of the Counsel. In view of the oral submission made by the learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, the application is allowed. We are satisfied that sufficient cause for condoning the delay is made out. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause a, subject to removal of the office objections within a period of four weeks from today.
