This application is taken out for restoration of the appeal from order No.435 of 2018 whereby the appeal was dismissed since there was no appearance on behalf of the appellant. Learned counsel for the appellant states he made an attempt to login but due to technical issue was unable to login. I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit. Order dated 12 September 2024 is set aside and appeal is restored. 2.
