We have heard the learned counsel for the parties and we have perused the interim application and the documents annexed to it. We have also perused the interim orders dated 2nd March 2022, 13th July 2022 and 13th December 2023 passed in writ petition. The same indicate that permission was granted to forty-two students to pursue the B.H.M.S. Course at the petitioner no.1-College. Following the aforesaid interim orders, the following direction are issued :- 1/2 912-IA-15218-2024.doc Dixit

(a) The results of the students named in the list of students shown as annexure to the letter dated 10th October 2024 issued by the petitioner-College, (page 63 and 64 of the interim application), shall be declared by the University.

(b) The said forty-two students whose names can be found in the communication issued by the Admissions Regulating Authority shall be permitted to submit their examination forms along with late fees for their respective examinations.

(c) It is made clear that the appearance at the "Winter Examination - 2024" is provisional and subject to final outcome of the writ petition.

(d) The petitioners shall not claim any equities in this regard.

The Interim Application is allowed in above terms and disposed of. 3.
