By this Application, the Applicant is seeking restoration of the Appeal.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that, the learned Registrar Judicial-II by order dated 30th August 2024 has dismissed the Appeal filed by the Applicant for non-removal of the office objection.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the Applicants and the reasons mentioned in the Application, the Application is allowed.

The Applicant to remove office objection within two weeks.
