A Bench of this Court, by an order dated 14th December 2024, has directed issuance of notice to respondents nos. 3 and

4. However, none appears on behalf of respondent nos. 3 and 4. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has invited our attention to the affidavit of service. However, the said affidavit of service only refers to the copies of petition being handed over to the registry, it fails to achieve its purpose.

In view of the aforesaid, we permit learned counsel for the petitioner to serve respondent nos. 3 and 4 through hamdast in addition to private mode of service.

The petitioner is also granted liberty to amend the prayers made in the petition within a week. Reverification is dispensed with.
