Interim Application has been preferred seeking stay of the execution of the impugned Judgment and decree. 2.
Learned Counsel appearing for the parties submit that the premises is presently not in possession of either of the parties considering the dilapidated situation and that the process of redevelopment is going on. 3.
In light of the above, both parties agree that the possession of the redeveloped premises need not be handed over to either of the Plaintiff or Defendant without leave of this Court.
