This is a motion for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 4th December, 2024.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that, the claim of the Petitioner is of 'Halba' Scheduled Tribe and not 'Halba' (Koshti), Scheduled Tribe.

The learned AGP submits that the record of the Petitioner's grandfather indicates 'Halba' (Koshti).

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that merits of the claim would be looked into by this Court since a final hearing is scheduled on 2nd January, 2025. But since the claim of the Petitioner is of 'Halba', the word (Koshti) in the first sentence of paragraph No.1 may be deleted.

In view of the above, the word 'Koshti' appearing in the first sentence of paragraph No.1, be deleted and the corrected order be uploaded.
