The Respondent No. 1 is reported to be dead. Therefore, the learned Advocate for Appellant was directed to take appropriate steps for bringing on record legal representatives of deceased Respondent No.1, if any. Accordingly, learned Advocate for Appellant filed Interim Application No.15381 of 2024 for bringing on record the legal representatives of deceased Respondent No.1, which was allowed by Registrar (Judicial-II) on 04/12/2024 and accordingly, the learned Advocate for Appellant was directed to carry out amendment and file amended copy of application memo. However, though matter was placed on 21/01/2025 and 04/02/2025 before Registrar (Judicial - II),

the learned Advocate for Appellant has neither carried out amendment nor filed amended copy of the application memo.

In such circumstances, the learned Advocate for Applicant is directed to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased Respondent No.1 by carrying out amendment and file amended copy of application memo within 02 (two) weeks.

On failure, proceedings would stand abated against deceased Respondent No.1 without further reference to the Court of Registrar.
