By our order dated 25 March 2025 we had directed that the Registry would permit applicant Nos.2 and 3 to withdraw Rs.60,56,113/- and Rs.15,00,000/- respectively being 50% of the amount which was deposited. In paragraph 9(c) we observed that such withdrawal shall be effected within a period of two weeks from the date the said order was made available. 3.

Today an application is moved praying for extension of time as directed by us in paragraph 9(c) of the said order.

Without modifying any other directions as contained in the said order, the time as directed in paragraph 9(c) be extended for a further period of three weeks. Rest of the contents of the said order shall continue to operate except for the said modification in paragraph 9(c). Ordered accordingly. 5.
