Interim Application has been preferred seeking vacating adinterim stay which was granted by order dated 15th July, 2024 in Interim Application No.8484 of 2024 filed in First Appeal No.702 of 2024. The Application is misconceived as it proceeds on the basis that interim stay has been granted by order dated 15th July, 2024. 2.

Perusal of order dated 15th July, 2024 would indicate that in Interim Application No.8484 of 2024, rule on interim relief was issued and the Interim Application No.8484 of 2024 is fixed for hearing and ad-interim relief was granted till next date. Sairaj 1 of

As the Interim Application No.8484 is still pending hearing the present Interim Application is clearly misconceived and stands dismissed.
