Learned counsel for the Applicant points out that time to take steps for service upon Respondent Nos.1 to 3, granted under order dated 11.07.2025 by Registrar (Judl-II) is expiring today and the said order is conditional one. He requests for extension of time. It is pointed out that the matter is arising out of Railway Claims Tribunal and it is still at delay condonation stage.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Advocate appearing for Respondent Nos.1 to 3/Claimants in the Execution Application of Award, was served with notice of present matter who has accepted the service.

For the present time granted under order dated 11.07.2025 is extended by a period of two weeks from today. 4.
