The Consent Terms are signed by the Respondent No.1 for herself and as a natural-guardian-mother of Respondent Nos.2 and 3, who are minors (son and daughter). The Consent Terms are also signed by Respondent Nos.4 and 5. The Respondent Nos.1, 4 and 5 are present in the Court, who are duly identified by their Advocate, who has also signed the Consent Terms.

Respondent Nos.1, 4 and 5 present in the Court, on a query by the Court, informed that the consent-terms have been explained to them and they have signed it after understanding the terms and implications thereof. 5.
The First Appeal and pending Application/s, if any, are disposed of in terms of Consent Terms.

The amount of statutory deposit be transferred to Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Raigad alongwith accrued interest, if any. 7.
