Interim Application has been preferred seeking condonation of delay of 271 days caused in preferring the First Appeal. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the Applicants submits that the Applicants are the agriculturists and due to their financial constraints, were required to make necessary monetary arrangement as regards the professional charges as well as the court fees before approaching the Advocate for filing of the Appeal and therefore, there is a delay of 271 days caused in the preferring the first Appeal.

Mr. Patil, learned AGP for the Respondent-State does not seriously oppose the Application as the same arises out of the land acquisition proceedings.

For the reasons stated in paragraph Nos.8 and 9 of the Application, the delay of 271 days stands condoned. Application is allowed.
