Heard Ms. Sandhya Mailagir, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant/Petitioner.

In this Interim Application, relief is sought to set aside order dated 7th October 2024 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I) and by which the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-removal of the office objection.

Ms. Sandhya Mailagir, learned Counsel for the Applicant/ Petitioner states that the objections in the Writ Petition will be Dusane

5 IA 15408.24 IN WP 19871.24.DOC removed within a period of four weeks from today. She states that the Writ Petition was dismissed at pre-admission stage. 4.

Accordingly, for the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). The Writ Petition stands restored.

The Petitioner to remove office objections in the main Writ Petition within a period of 30 days from today, failing which the Writ Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
