Therefore, the learned advocate for appellant was directed to take appropriate steps for bringing on record legal representatives of deceased appellant No. 1, if any.

Accordingly, learned advocate for appellant filed Interim Application No. 15441 of 2024 for bringing on record the legal representatives of deceased appellant No. 1 on 06/12/2024 which was allowed by Registrar (Judicial-II) and accordingly, the learned advocate for appellant was directed to carry out amendment and file amended copy of appeal memo. However, though matter was placed on 06/12/2024 before Registrar (Judicial-II), the learned advocate for appellant has neither carried out amendment nor filed amended copy of the appeal memo.

In such circumstances, the learned advocate for appellant is directed to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased appellant No. 1 by carrying out amendment and file amended copy of
