Pramod Laxman Narkhede, who is the proposed Respondent to be brought on record in place of deceased Respondent Laxman Vishnu Narkhede. Both the Interim Applications are opposed by Mr. Rohit Vaishya. 4) For the reasons stated in both the Interim Applications, the same are allowed. Legal heir of the Deceased Respondent is permitted to be brought on record.

5) Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. Both the Interim Applications are accordingly disposed of.
