The aforesaid Interim Application is filed for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased sole petitioner. The aforesaid Interim Application is filed within period of limitation. The Petitioner namely Namdeo Tukaram Ingale has died on 06/09/2024. The Interim Application is filed on 03/12/2024.

Here reference to provisions under Chapter 2 Rule 3(i) of the High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960 may conveniently be made, which empowers the Registrar to dispose of

applications for entering on record the names of legal representatives of the deceased parties which are presented in time and/or in which there is no contest.

Having considered the aforesaid factual aspects coupled with the powers vested with the Registrar, the aforesaid Interim Application stands allowed.

The Applicants shall carry out necessary amendments in the matter within 14 days (excluding Christmas Vacation) without fail.
