The Office Report indicates that notice addressed to Respondent No. 7 is returned unserved with the remark 'left' and a copy of notice has been pasted on the door.

An effort made by the Petitioner to serve Respondent No.7 by Registered Post, also did not succeed as the said notice was also returned with the remark 'addressee not found on the given address'. 6.

In view of the above, for the reasons assigned in the Application and to advance the cause of substantive justice, the Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
