The present writ petition has been preferred seeking setting aside of the order dated 27 October 2023 passed in revision application by the Appellate Court of the Small Causes, as well as the order dated 22 March 2022 passed in below exhibit-11 in L.E. Suit filed by the petitioner before the small causes.

The present petitioner/original plaintiff had filed an eviction suit before the Small Causes Court in the month of January 2022. During the pendency of the said suit, an application under Order XV-A of the Amol D. Nawale

13-WP-1815-2024 (C) .doc Code of Civil Procedure was preferred. The Trial Court, by its order dated 22 March 2022, rejected the said application below Exhibit-11. A revision application was preferred against the said order passed by the Trial Court. The Appellate Bench of the Small Causes Court dismissed the revision application by its order dated 27 October 2023. 3.

Since none present on behalf petitioner, stand over to 11 July 2025.
