Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This application is preferred to amend the revision application in view of the death of respondent no. 1 on 29th August 2024. The application is supported by an affidavit and a copy of the death certificate of respondent no. 1. The applicant proposes to delete the respondent no. 1 from the array of parties and add averments with regard to the consequences thereof.

For the reasons assigned in the application, the application stands allowed.

The applicant is permitted to carry out the amendment in the varsha

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of one week and amended copy of the application be served on the respondent no. 2 within a period of one week thereafter. 6.
