Respondent No.1 has expired in the interregnum. Interim Application is filed for bringing his legal heirs on record. The death certificate of deceased Respondent No.1 is appended at Exhibit-A, page No.7 of the Application.

For the reasons mentioned in the Application, Interim Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c).

P2.IA.15521.2024.doc Delay of 3 months and 23 days in filing the Interim Application is condoned. Abatement, if any is set aside.

Learned Advocate for Applicant is directed to carry out necessary amendment and implead the legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.1 as per cause title of Application within a period of one week from today. Re-verification stands dispensed with. 7.

Copy of amended cause-title shall be served by the learned Advocate for Applicant / Petitioner on learned Advocate for Respondents.
