The Applicant/Petitioner has put forth prayer clause (a) and (b), as under:
"(a) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondent no.2 management to pay to the petitioner
salary of Rs.8000 p.m. (revised to Rs.18,000 p.m) from the date of her appointment i.e.16.2.2012 till 2015 and regular salary as per the provisions of the MEPS Act to the petitioner since she is deemed to be permanent teacher after 3 years of service as Shikshan Sevak, with backwages, after adjusting the amount paid to the petitioner by the management, as per the statement attached herewith at Exh C.
(b) Pending the hearing and final disposal of the above application, this Hon ble Court be pleased to direct the respondent management to pay the dues of the petitioner as per the statement attached herewith at Exh C."

In view of the above, we permit the Applicant/Petitioner to the tender the calculations in terms of prayer clause (a), to Respondent No.2, within a period of 15 days. Thereafter, Respondent No.2 would follow the due procedure laid down in law and by granting a reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the stakeholders, quantify the outstanding dues payable by the Management to the Applicant/Petitioner as per the scales applicable. Let such decision be arrived at within 45 days from the date of the filing of the application by the Applicant/Petitioner. Let a reasoned order be passed based on the available material and the rules applicable.

With the above directions, the Interim Application is disposed off.
