INTERIM APPLICATION NO. 15543 OF 2024.

This application is for restoration of the second appeal with a prayer for condonation of delay.

The second appeal is dismissed as the objections were not removed within the conditional time granted by order dated 2nd April 2024 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II). 3.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the respondents were not represented when the conditional order was Page no. 1 of 2

14-ia-15543-2024.doc passed. He further submits that all the office objections shall be removed within two weeks.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, delay is condoned and the order dated 2nd April 2024 is recalled, subject to the learned advocate for the appellants removing all office objections within four weeks from today.

It is clarified that if the objections are not removed within the time granted, this application will stand dismissed without further reference to the court. If objections are removed, office is directed to register the second appeal and list it under the caption for 'fresh admission'.
