The Appeal under Section 13(1-A) of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 has been filed assailing an order dated 11th November 2024 by which the Application filed by the Appellant seeking temporary injunction is rejected.

Learned Counsel for the parties jointly submit that there is possibility of amicable settlement of the said dispute. 4.
