The Applicant i.e. original Respondent No.5-Parshuram Govind Shegulkar, the legal heir and representative of deceased Annapurnabai Babu Shegulkar has filed the present Interim Application seeking the following reliefs:
"[a] That the Respondent Society be directed to provide copy of the share certificate in respect of Suit Premises i.e. Shop No.15 Sadashiv Co-operative Sonali
18-IA-15582-2024.DOC Housing Society Ltd., Earth Pride, 139, V.P. Road, Sadashiv Cross Road, Mumbai 400 004, to the Applicant".

Mr. Shah, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that the Respondent in this Interim Application i.e. Sadashiv Co-operative Housing Society Limited has been served. However, none appears for the said society.

Ms. Aparna Wani, learned Counsel appearing for the original Petitioners in Writ Petition No.10276 of 2019 and Mr. Paresh Chandramani, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.1A submits that the original Petitioners and the original Respondent No.1A have no objection for grant of relief sought in the Interim Application.

Accordingly, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause [a].

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
