CORAM : BHARATI DANGRE & MANJUSHA DESHPANDE, JJ DATED : 13th FEBRUARY, 2026 P.C:- As directed by our earlier order, Dr. Anant Gore, Consulting Physician who was treating Sheetal, has given a fresh certificate which is dated 10/2/2026. In the said certificate, he has certified as below:- "This is to certify that I have examined Ms.Sheetal Jagtap today personally. She has severe hypertension and had suffered stroke causing righted sided Hemiplegia (paralysis). She has resistant hypertension requiring more than three antihypertensive medicines.

2/2 907 IA.doc Her ailments are of permanent nature and she will require these medicines and physiotherapy life long. At present Her B.P. is controlled and has moderate level of disability in right half of body.

The petitioner and his counsel, however, still express doubt about her medical condition, and since we are of the view that the amount which she would be entitled to, by way of maintenance would also be dependent upon her medical condition, we deem it appropriate that Sheetal Jagtap shall be examined in any Government Hospital and the report of her medical condition shall be placed before us.

The counsel for Sheetal state that she shall get herself examined at Lokmanya Tilak Memorial Hospital, Sion, and on due examination, the medical papers shall be placed before the Court within a period of two weeks from today. If she is required to be examined by some expert, including a neuro surgeon, the request shall be made for such examination being conducted.
