In continuation of our previous order, we are informed that Sheetal Deepak Kapde, the Appellant, was examined at Lokmanya Tilak Municipal General Hospital and she is referred to Occupational Therapy Department for ascertaining the disability percentage. The report of the hospital on her examination on 25/02/2026 is placed before us, which is taken on record.

The learned counsel appearing for the Appellant states that, for getting examined and for ascertaining the disability percentage, she has to register on an app and, for this purpose, she requires her Ashish

2/2 30 IA 15620-24.doc Aadhar card and Passport. The learned counsel for the respondenthusband has handed over the original Passport and her Aadhar card to the learned counsel for the Appellant.

Based on the said document, she can register herself and get her assessment about the percentage of disability. 3.
