The learned Advocate for the Appellants has filed this Interim Application No.15628 of 2024 for deleting the name of Respondent No.1.

On perusal of application and after hearing learned Advocate for the Appellant, it emerged that death of Respondent No.1 has been occurred. The Respondent Nos.2 to 4 are the sisters of deceased Respondent No.1 - Parvati A. Patil. Except Respondent Nos.2 to 4, there are no other legal representatives or heirs of deceased Respondent No.1. Therefore, the Appellants prayed to delete the name of Respondent No.1 from the Appeal.

In view of above, following order is passed :-

(1) The Interim Application No. 15628 of 2024 is allowed and Appellants are permitted to delete the name of deceased Respondent No.1.

(2) Learned Advocate for Appellants shall delete the name of Respondent No.1 by carrying out necessary amendment and shall file amended copy of Petition within two weeks (excluding Christmas Vacation).
