1) Heard Mr. Rao, learned senior counsel for Applicant. 2) Mr. Rao submitted that, the demolition work in pursuance of Order dated 8th July 2024 passed by this Court and Order dated 1st October 2024 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, has already been undertaken by the Corporation and as of today seven buildings are already demolished. 1/2

Osk 35-Ia-15641-2024.doc That, due to the imposition of 'Code of Conduct' by the State Election Commission, the Order of this Court could not be implemented, however the same has now resumed. That, the Order dated 8th July 2024 will be implemented in its true letter and spirit latest by 31st January 2025. The said statement is accepted as an undertaking given to this Court. 3) In view thereof, Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (a) and (b).
