Learned counsels for the parties, on instructions, submits that
the parties are agreeable to explore possibility of settlement through mediation.

By consent, the parties are referred to the Main Mediation Centre High Court Bombay for appointing appropriate Mediator for conducting mediation meetings at Kolhapur. Any retired Judge or practicing advocate be appointed as Mediator. 12.
Learned counsel for the appellant shall intimate this order to the Main Mediation Centre for further process. 13.
