By this interim application, the applicant/petitioner has prayed for restoration of the petition, which came to be dismissed for non-removal of the office objections. Mr. Walve Learned Counsel for the Applicant/Petitioner has informed that there is a delay of 12 days in filing this application considering the specific provisions of the Limitation Act. Having perused the memo of application, we are of the opinion that the delay is required to be condoned and is accordingly condoned. The Application is allowed.

The petition is restored to the file of this court to be heard as per its turn.
