This is an application seeking permission to substitute the constituted attorney of the Respondent. A fresh power of attorney is annexed to the application.

The Respondent is permitted to allow herself to be represented by the new constituted attorney.

The applicant shall carry out necessary amendment in the application so as to implead the Respondent through her new constituted attorney, within a period of three weeks.
