ORDER:
1.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that on 3rd January 2025, leave to amend was granted in Interim Application No. 15751 of 2024 and Interim Application No. 15753 of 2024. He submits that accordingly, amendment was carried out in the Court in both the applications. However, he submits that in the order, reference to title of Interim Application No. 15753 of 2024 is not reflected. He further points out that number of the second appeal is inadvertently mentioned as Second Appeal No. 438 of 2024 instead of Second Appeal No. 438 of 2005.
2.
He further requests for leave to replace the amendments already carried out as there are typographical errors. 3.
Leave granted. Learned advocate for the applicant is permitted to replace the amendments carried out as per order dated 3rd January 2025. Amendment to be carried out in two weeks. 4.
The title of order dated 3rd January 2025 be corrected as Interim Application No. 15751 of 2024 and Interim Application No. 15753 of 2024 in Second Appeal No. 438 of 2005.
